If you can offer a little more to support others who can’t afford to pay the full participation fee, we invite you to practice generosity. A gift would support others to participate who wouldn't otherwise be able to attend.
How to pay?

Nominate your amount on the registration form, and once we receive that - we will send you an invoice for payment. This will have all details for payment by direct deposit.

Cancellation policy
The tricky thing in preparing for an event is that all the planning depends upon the number of people who come.
It's important that you let us know of any change in circumstances as soon as you are able.

- If you cancel your registration on or before 19 December, you will receive a full refund of participation fee, less a $50 administration fee
- If you cancel between the 20 December 2015 and 3 January 2016, you will receive 50% of your participation fees back, less a $50 administration fee
- If you cancel from 4 January 2016, we are unable to offer a refund
- Of course, you may give your place to someone else without any surcharge
